Refund policies are governed by the service agreement mutually agreed upon for the use of SettleUp Capital’s programs or services. Eligibility for refunds will be determined based on the terms outlined in the service agreement. For detailed information on the refunds, you should refer to the service agreement that will be signed at the time of activation of such programs/services. You may or may not be eligible for a refund based on the service agreement terms that are mutually signed at the time of availing SettleUp Capital services.

SettleUp Capital services are activated through a subscription fee, which is a NON-REFUNDABLE fee and refunds are not processed for a subscription fee that is already paid, in case you choose to opt out of the program/services after having enrolled for it. When you opt out of the program, your subscription will be canceled and you will not be charged for the remaining tenure of the program.
